Meet Kyle
Kyle started KB Operations while working as a lineman. He wanted to make CDL training more practical and affordable for working people, giving them a chance to expand their career options and better themselves without putting their lives on hold.
What began as a part-time business has grown into Kyle's full-time work. That growth allows him to be more available to his students and offer scheduling that works better around their jobs and other commitments. He enjoys working with people at different experience levels and helping them build the skills and confidence to earn their Class A CDL.
Outside of work, Kyle is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with his family.
Your steps to a CDL
- Get your learner's permit. Visit your local DMV to get your CDL learner's permit.
- Take our class. Schedule a class with us to earn your ELDT certification.
- Pass your driving test. Take your CDL driving test with our third-party tester.
How to book a class
- Send us an email with your first and last name, phone number, a copy of your permit, and the class date you want.
- Check your email. We send a confirmation with ways to pay your deposit.
- Pay the $500 deposit. It is non-refundable and holds your spot. You can reschedule once, and the deposit moves with you.
Classes run every week. The schedule for the next month comes out before that month begins.

Do I need a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable $500 deposit holds your spot. You can reschedule one time, and your deposit transfers to the new date.
